In the Arctic Wolf® Unified Portal, you can view and download reports that were previously sent to your organization. These reports provide security-relevant information based on the Arctic Wolf solutions your organization subscribes to.
These resources are required:
- Depending on the type of report you want to view, an Arctic Wolf® Managed Risk or Managed Detection and Response (MDR) subscription might be required
- Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
- In the navigation menu, click .
- Optional: Use filters to help you find the report to view:
- Title — Enter a search term that is in the title of the report.
Tip: Asterisks are not required for wildcards. For example, if you enter view, the table displays any reports with view in the title. For example, Security Review or EVA view.
- Sent Date — Select the timeframe in which the report was sent. Options include: Past 7 days, Past 30 days, Past 3 months, or Past 12 months.
Tip: Clear the Sent Date field to set this filter to Any time.
- Optional: Click
Request Review to discuss the report with your Concierge Security® Team (CST). A new ticket form opens for you to complete. For more information, see Create a Unified Portal ticket.
- Find the report you want to view, and then click
Download.
The PDF file downloads to your device.
