Arctic Wolf® supports ticket integrations between the ticket management system in the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal and your IT service management (ITSM) software. This integration lets you work from a centralized environment, making workflows and communication with your Concierge Security® Team (CST) more efficient.
Arctic Wolf supports these webhook ITSM ticket integrations:
Webhook integrations use a push model. The Arctic Wolf system automatically sends, or "pushes", email notifications to your contacts and data to your endpoint whenever alerts occur. Arctic Wolf also supports a generic two-way pull integration using the Arctic Wolf Ticket API.
