Security Operations Warranty enrollment
If you are eligible for the Security Operations Warranty, you must enroll before you can make a warranty request.
- Only the warranty contact can enroll in the warranty program.
- You must complete enrollment to be covered by the Security Operations Warranty.
When you sign your contract, the person identified as the warranty contact will receive an email to enroll in the warranty program. If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder. To determine your enrollment status, request a new enrollment email, or get more information on the warranty, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
If you are eligible, but you have not enrolled, in the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal, on the Home page, the Security Operations Warranty widget displays a reminder to enroll. Click Learn more to view the warranty contact and information about warranty coverage. Once your organization has enrolled in the warranty, this widget no longer be displays.
